Maintenance of bearing department

　　 Frequently check the supply of lubricating oil in the bearing. If there is oil leakage in the box, you can tighten the bolts of the end cover a bit. If this is not enough, you may have to replace it with a new packing.

　　Maintenance of the casing and intake chamber

　　 In addition to regularly checking the outer shell and inner shell for serious abrasion and removing dust accumulation, other special maintenance is not required for these parts.

　　 Regularly check whether all the fastening bolts are tight. For fans with compression bolts, press the butterfly springs on the feet to the installation height specified in the drawings.

The lubricating oil of the bearing should be replaced at least once in six months during normal use. For the first use, it should be carried out after about 200 hours of operation. The second oil change should be carried out within 1 to 2 months. The lubricating oil should be checked once a week. If the lubricating oil has not deteriorated, the oil change can be extended to once every 2 to 4 months. When changing, you must use the specified brand of lubricating oil, and the old oil in the oil tank must be thoroughly drained and cleaned before filling with new oil.

Repair and maintenance of impeller

　　In the initial stage of impeller operation and all regular inspections, whenever there is a chance, the impeller must be inspected for cracks, wear, dust and other defects.

The impeller should be kept in a clean state, and the dust and debris on the impeller should be brushed off regularly. Because the impeller runs for a long time, the dust may not uniformly adhere to the impeller. Prolonged adhesion will damage the balance of the impeller and cause the rotor to vibrate.

　 After the impeller has been repaired, it needs to be dynamically balanced. If possible, you can use a convenient test balancer to balance it on site. 　Before performing dynamic balancing, you must check whether all the tightening bolts are tight. Because the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have been loosened.
