Analyze the air supply mode and use time of the double ball

Analyze the air supply mode and use time of the double-ball cooling fan and AC fan
How to extend the use time of the double ball cooling fan fan:

Article 1. Check the sensitivity of the thermometer and the oil indicator regularly, and control the oil level of the bearing box within the permitted range of the rules.

Article 2: If it is found that the flow rate is too large, does not meet the application requirements, or the flow rate is small in a short period of time, it can be adjusted by saving equipment.

Article 3. In the process of driving, parking or working of the wind turbine, if abnormal appearance is found, it shall be checked immediately.

Article 4. For minor defects found during inspection, the cause should be investigated in time, and efforts should be made to eliminate or deal with them. If minor defects cannot be eliminated, or if major defects are found, they should be inspected immediately.

Article 5 In addition to replacing the lubricating oil after each disassembly and repair, the lubricating oil should also be replaced regularly.

Article 6. The bearing seat of E-type transmission should be checked regularly (quarterly), cleaned and refilled with lubricating oil to prevent the bearing from burning out.

The air supply mode of double ball AC fan:
A very widespread method is to use an axial fan to blow downwards. The reason why it is so popular is because of the good induction effect and low cost. In addition, there is a method of reversing the direction of the axial flow fan and turning it into an upward suction method. This method seems to be becoming more and more common recently.

The difference between the two air supply methods is that the airflow method is different. When the wind is blowing, turbulence occurs, and the wind pressure is large but simply lost by resistance; when the wind is exhausted, the flow is laminar, and the wind pressure is small but the airflow is stable. Theoretically, the heat transfer power of turbulent flow is much larger than that of laminar flow, so it has become a way to describe the main flow. However, the movement of the airflow is also directly related to the heat sink. In some heat sink descriptions (for example, fins that are too tight), the airflow is blocked by the heat sink more than ten times. At this moment, the use of ventilation can have ten good effects. As for the depiction of the wind on the side, it is generally not different from the effect of the wind on the top. A more useful improvement method is to establish a dedicated heat dissipation duct for the CPU, so that it will not be affected by the hot air adjacent to the CPU, and it is appropriate to lower the ambient temperature.

Although axial fans are widely used, they also have inherent defects. The axial flow fan is obstructed by the position of the motor, and the airflow cannot circulate through the middle of the blowing area. This is called the "dead zone". On a typical heat sink, the temperature of the middle fin is very high. Because of this contradiction, the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink is not sufficient when the axial fan is selected.
