Cooling fan protection test:
1 Swivel lock protection
1.1 Several fan blades are connected together and fixed to restrict their rotation. If the fan and electronic components are not damaged, the fan can automatically restart to rotate if the components that restrict the rotation are released.
1.2 For low-current or self-starting fans, the fan blades are locked in the power-on rotation state. After 72 hours, the locked fan blades are released and the fan automatically restarts to prove that the fan is normal.
1.3 The fan with high current or without self-start function cannot be locked for a long time, otherwise the fan will be overheated and damaged.
 
2 Polarity protection
Under normal voltage conditions, if the fan is energized for 15 minutes by reversely connecting the power supply, and then reconnecting with the normal two poles after power failure, all functions will be normal
